We keep our response time fast so you’re not left stranded any longer than necessary, and we handle just about any vehicle type, with a licensed driver sent straight to you, so you’re back on the road fast.

And because we also run a tilt tray towing service, if the problem can’t be resolved roadside, we can arrange towing in the same call. No need to ring somewhere else and start over.

What roadside assistance services do you provide?

Flat tyre changes, battery jump starts, and emergency fuel delivery across the Sunshine Coast. If the vehicle still can’t be driven afterward, we can also arrange towing.

Can you change a flat tyre if I don't have a spare?

Only if a suitable spare is available. If there isn’t one, towing is usually the next step, let us know when you call.

Can you jump start a flat battery, or replace it?

We can jump start it, but we don’t currently provide a replacement battery or installation service.

Can you bring me fuel if I run out?

Yes, we provide emergency fuel delivery for drivers who’ve run out of petrol or diesel.

Can you unlock my car if I've locked the keys inside?

No, we don’t currently offer locked car or lockout assistance. For further information on options in your area, a locksmith or your insurer may be able to help.

What happens if roadside assistance can't get me going again?

We can tow your vehicle to your home, mechanic, or another suitable destination, no separate call needed.

Do I need to know whether I need roadside assistance or towing before I call?
